Personal Data Protection Notice
Information about the personal data processed during the quote process, under Turkish Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by BF Web Studio acting as data controller, within the scope described below. Contact: bfwebstudio12@gmail.com
2. Personal Data Processed
We process the name, business name, phone number or email address you submit through the quote form, along with the description you write about your project.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed in order to evaluate your quote request, to get back to you, and — should we work together — to run the project.
4. Legal Basis
Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK, on the grounds that it is directly related to the formation or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.
5. Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties other than authorised public bodies where legally required, and is never transferred for marketing purposes.
6. Retention Period
Quote records are kept for a reasonable period required by the purpose of processing. If we don't end up working together, they are deleted immediately on your request.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information about it, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can send requests to the email address above.
