Personal Data Protection Notice
Information about the personal data processed during the booking process, under Turkish Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Gentleman's Barber (Örnek Mah. Bağdat Cad. No: 148, Kadıköy / İstanbul) acting as data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Personal Data Processed
We process the name and phone number you submit through the booking form, along with anything you write in the note field. No other data is collected.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed in order to create and confirm your appointment, to reach you if the time needs to change, and to keep a record at the shop.
4. Legal Basis
Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK, on the grounds that it is directly related to the formation or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.
5. Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties other than authorised public bodies where legally required, and is never transferred for marketing purposes.
6. Retention Period
Booking records are kept for the periods required by the relevant legislation; where no period is specified, for a reasonable period required by the purpose of processing, and are deleted at the end of it.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about it, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to request that processing be restricted. You can submit requests in writing to the address above or by telephone.
